The role works across data engineering, software engineering, security, DevOps, application development, data science, and program management teams.\n\nClearance: TS/SCI w/Polygraph\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n+ Design and support cloud-based data infrastructure and data management solutions.\n\n+ Build and execute ETL/data processing pipelines.\n\n+ Work across AWS, Hadoop/HDFS, Cloudera, Spark, Presto, SQL, and NoSQL environments.\n\n+ Integrate data flows with industry-standard systems, including Niagara Falls.\n\n+ Collaborate across contractor teams, customer personnel, and external stakeholders.\n\n+ Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\n+ Work independently and proactively solve problems in a fast-paced environment.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n+ Cloud infrastructure and data management, particularly AWS.\n\n+ Multiple operating systems: Windows, Linux, and macOS.\n\n+ Data engineering and processing.\n\n+ Python.\n\n+ Building and executing ETL pipelines.\n\n+ Big-data technologies such as HDFS, Cloudera, Spark, and Presto.\n\n+ SQL and NoSQL databases.\n\n+ Data-flow integration and mission-oriented data systems.\n\n+ Strong communication and collaboration skills.\n\nDesired Qualifications\n\n+ Knowledge of targeting workflows and mission environments.\n\n+ Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic workflows.\n\n+ Neo4j/graph databases.\n\n+ Experience in a hard-target mission area.\n\nRCT Systems has a very competitive compensation package that includes a competitive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life insurance), immediate 401k vesting, generous PTO and flexible schedules, and a $500.00 annual technology allowance.\n\nRCT Systems is committed and proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
