Accounting Coordinator

Blair Image Elements, a leader in supplying signage and related branding elements to regional, national and international clients, is currently seeking an Accounting Coordinator for our Accounting Group based in Altoona, Pennsylvania. What you'll be doing: Receive, prepare and enter invoices weekly Analyze and investigate price and quantity variances Scheduling vendor payments and digital filing of invoices Communicating with vendors concerning invoices and payment questions Statement reconciliation for all AP vendor accounts Reconciling and Processing Company Credit Cards Assist with filing 1099's Assisting Staff Accountants with monthly financial tasks What we're looking for: Detail orientated with efficiency and accuracy in data entry Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced, dynamic business environment Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Demonstrate proficient computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel This opportunity is based in Altoona, Pennsylvania with a competitive benefit and compensation package, as well as long-term career path. ---------------- ABOUT BLAIR IMAGE ELEMENTS We strive at Blair to create a culture that provides ongoing rewards and career opportunities for our employees.
