We’re seeking candidates who want to grow into a Process Engineer position and help improve how things are made. If you have a master’s degree in engineering or extensive experience as a manufacturing engineer, this position may not be the right fit.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop work instructions to optimize fabrication of Build to Print precision components\nGenerates bill of materials and develops process flows to meet customer specifications\nInteracts with Engineering Manager, Plant Management, and the Quality Manager for job related functions\nAids plant for technical issues related to processes and customer specifics\nRequirements (Must-Haves):\nHighschool Diploma or Equivalent\n3–5 years of machinist experience in a job shop or production environment.\nSolid understanding of CNC/manual machining (mills, lathes, grinders).\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.\nStrong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining processes, tolerances, and materials.\nExcellent attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.\nStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.\nPreferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):\nExperience with CAD Software (Kubotek, CATIA, Unigraphics)\nExperience with Epicor ERP or similar systems.\nCNC Programming experience using CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360).\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive Pay: Hourly rate based on experience, plus overtime.\nHoliday Break: Enjoy time off between Christmas and New Year.\nClean, Modern Facility: 100,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled plant with a connected office.\nTop-Tier Benefits: Medical (Blue Cross Blue Shield), Vision (Eye Med), Dental (Guardian), and FSA.\nPaid Time Off & Holidays: Including major holidays and year-end break.\nGrowth Opportunities: Advance your career within our company.\nOn-the-Job Training: Extensive training for success as a Process Engineer.\nSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (8–10 hours/day).
