In this role, you'll play a critical part in bringing solar energy systems to life-helping homeowners and businesses reduce their energy bills and environmental impact.\nThis is a hands-on, field-based position ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in high-quality workmanship, and want to contribute to a sustainable future.\nKey Responsibilities\nInstall solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on rooftops or other structures in accordance with design schematics, local building codes, and safety standards.\nEnsure proper system layout, orientation, and alignment for maximum efficiency and compliance.\nAssess job site conditions for safety hazards and structural integrity before and during installation.\nCollaborate with team members and site supervisors to resolve installation challenges and ensure quality standards are met.\nMaintain accurate documentation including photos, site layouts, and installation details; submit all paperwork and reports in a timely manner.\nKeep the job site clean, organized, and safe at all times.\nPerform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or project manager.\nQualifications & Skills\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\n1-2 years of experience in electrical work, roofing, or solar installation preferred (but not required).\nStrong mechanical aptitude and comfort using power tools, hand tools, and basic electrical testing equipment.\nAbility to work at heights for extended periods, including climbing ladders, working on roofs, and navigating uneven surfaces.\nPhysically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods.\nStrong attention to detail, safety, and quality craftsmanship.\nDependable work ethic and punctuality are a must.\nMust have access to reliable transportation to travel to job sites or company office, as required.\n\nReq Benefits: At Trinity Solar, you're not just starting a job-you're building a career path to success.
