maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.\nThis role requires employees to balance phone responsibilities and citation processing duties throughout the workday while meeting established quality, productivity, attendance, and customer service expectations.\nEssential Functions\nThe essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:\nCustomer Service & Phone Support\nHandle inbound and outbound phone calls regarding citations, payments, court information, address updates, and general inquiries.\nProvide professional, courteous, and accurate information to members of the public.\nDe-escalate difficult conversations while maintaining professionalism and empathy.\nProcess citation payments received by phone.\nDocument customer interactions accurately within company systems.\nCitation Processing\nProcess citations accurately and efficiently using company software and systems.\nReview records for completeness and accuracy.\nProcess address updates, payments, correspondence, and related documentation.\nMaintain quality standards while meeting productivity expectations.\nEnsure confidential information is handled appropriately.\nAgency & Internal Support\nCommunicate professionally with law enforcement agencies, Chiefs of Police, government officials, and internal team members.\nAssist with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.\nSupport Mail Room operations and other departmental functions as needed.\nParticipate in training, meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nPerformance Expectations\nEmployees in this position are expected to:\nMaintain established department standards for productivity, quality, attendance, and customer service.\nSuccessfully perform both phone-related duties and citation-processing responsibilities.\nMeet department performance metrics as established and communicated by management.\nMaintain regular and reliable attendance.\nDemonstrate professionalism and responsiveness when interacting with customers, agencies, and coworkers.\nAdapt to changing workloads, priorities, and operational Schedule\nStandard hours are generally Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.\nAdditional hours may occasionally be required based on business needs.\nWork assignments may vary throughout the
