This energetic position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to our warehouse distribution operations. Your expertise in inventory management systems and materials handling will help maintain smooth warehouse flow and customer satisfaction.\nResponsibilities\nOperate reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment to pick and move inventory efficiently\nUse barcode scanning technology and warehouse management systems to accurately identify and select items for orders\nPerform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, packing, and stacking products with attention to safety protocols\nEnsure proper stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving procedures are followed according to company standards\nMaintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks and updates within inventory management systems\nLoad and unload shipments safely using appropriate material handling equipment while adhering to safety guidelines\nSupport warehouse operations by assisting with inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution tasks as needed\nExperience\nPrior experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar heavy equipment in a warehouse setting\nDemonstrated knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes\nExperience with order picker operations, barcode scanning for logistics, and shipping & receiving procedures\nFamiliarity with safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation, manual handling, and PPE use\nWarehouse supervisor experience or similar roles that involve overseeing warehouse operations is a plus\nBasic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately\nStrong understanding of warehouse distribution processes including stocking, load & unload activities, and materials handling\nHours :2nd/3rd shift Pickers $19.50hr\n6:00 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday–Thursday) 6pm-10pm (Friday)10:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Monday–Thursday) 7pm-11pm (Friday)\nTraining Schedule: 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM (retail only)\nOnce training is completed and approved by a Supervisor/Manager, employees will transition to the overnight shift who start at 10pm.\nJoin us as an Order Cherry Picker to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in logistics!
