You're the trusted technical voice our biggest customers turn to when things get gnarly - the one who can drop into a tangled build failure, untangle it, and leave the team better equipped than before. But you're more than a firefighter. You help customers grow on the platform, and you carry the signal from the field back to our Product and Engineering teams, shaping what gets built next.
