improvement initiatives.\nMentor and support fellow engineers through technical guidance, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.\nPartner closely with Product, UX, and cross-functional stakeholders to experience.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nCore Technical Strengths\n\nStrong experience building modern web applications using contemporary frontend frameworks and technologies.\nAdvanced knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern software development practices.\nExperience designing and developing APIs and backend services.\nExperience working with cloud-based application environments and deployment pipelines.\nStrong understanding of application architecture, software design patterns, and scalable engineering principles.\nExperience working in collaborative development environments with source control, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.\n\nAI-Enabled Product Development\n\nExperience integrating AI services or AI-enabled capabilities into modern applications, or demonstrated ability to rapidly develop expertise in this area.\nFamiliarity with LLMs and modern AI integration patterns.\nFamiliarity with concepts such as RAG, vector search, tool use, and AI orchestration.\nUnderstanding of the reliability, security, privacy, governance, and user-experience considerations associated with AI-enabled applications.\nInterest in using AI-assisted development tools and workflows to improve engineering productivity.\n\nEngineering Leadership & Architecture\n\nDemonstrated ability to influence application architecture and engineering standards.\nExperience
