The Controller will manage a team of 4 and serve as a key financial advisor to company leadership, supporting operational and strategic decision-making across the business.Schedule – In office for first 90 days, then can go to 3 days/week in officeKeys:8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including 2+ years as an Accounting leaderBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and cost accounting.Proficiency with QuickBooks preferred; experience working with CRM and financial systems preferred.Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
