Senior Engineering Test Specialist – Vehicle Systems

Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses tofactories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for various systems and components, ensuring adherence to industry standards and specifications.Operate, maintain, and calibrate advanced testing equipment (e.g., Edaq, thermocouples, strain gauges, current clamps, load cells, PLC, etc.) and manage scheduled maintenance.Collect, analyze, and document test data, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to support product development and improvement.Identify and resolve complex issues during testing, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.Design, plan, develop, and build new test equipment to meet evolving testing requirements and improve testing efficiency.Work closely with design, automotive, electronics, electrical, industrial maintenance, and mechanical teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes and results.Facilitate cross-training and skill development opportunities for team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning.Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and lead advanced safety training initiatives.Drive quality assurance by aligning testing with standards, updating SOPs, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.Years of Experience: 6 years or more of experience required.
