You notice the details, stay organized under pressure, and know how to keep people and paperwork moving in the same direction.We’re looking for an Office Manager to support our electrical contracting team. You’ll make sure the office runs efficiently, help connect the dots between field crews and leadership, and keep projects on track behind the scenes.What You’ll Do:Keep the office organized — supplies stocked, equipment working, and records up to dateCoordinate communication between field crews, project managers, and leadershipHelp with scheduling, dispatching, and tracking job site activitiesProcess invoices, expense reports, and purchase ordersAssist with payroll, timesheets, and employee onboarding paperworkMaintain employee certifications, records, and training documentationAnswer phones, route customer calls, and support project bids and proposalsTrack compliance and safety documentation — OSHA logs, training records, and moreWhat You Bring:Experience running or supporting an office — ideally in construction or electrical contractingStrong communication and organization skillsComfort with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project tools like Procore or ViewpointSome familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar is a plus)The ability to juggle tasks, meet deadlines, and keep calm when things get busyA self-starter mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do nextBonus Points If You Have:3-5 years in office administration, including time in a construction or trade companyWorking knowledge of electrical terminology, job site workflows, and contractor complianceExperience with licensing, permitting, or safety documentationWork Schedule & Environment:Office-based role with occasional job site visitsCollaborative, fast-paced team that values initiative and follow-throughBenefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveReferral programTuition reimbursementVision insuranceTitan Electric is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
