The employees work with other Software Developers and takes on a leadership role for projects as assigned by management. The employee communicates with other team members as well as stakeholders throughout the company to design and revise new and existing applications. In addition, the employee engages in professional development by taking initiative to keep up with rapidly changing software technologies and practices to improve the quality of software produced.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\nHigh school diploma or GED required\nKnowledge of C# and full stack .NET technologies (MVC, ASP, and Webforms), Microsoft SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3\nThe ability to problem solve and to think quickly and critically\nThe ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing\nThe ability to manage projects in an efficient and well-organized way\nThe ability to successfully work with a team\nMust be knowledgeable of all Henderson standards related to programming, design, and documentation and ensure that work produced adheres to those standards\nPreferred Qualifications (What Makes You Stand Out):\n\nDeveloper certifications preferred\nMinimum 3 years’ professional software development experience preferred\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred\nJob Responsibilities/Accountabilities:\n\nDevelops applications.
