owns the Salesforce architecture roadmap working closely with SF Integration Partner, through its lifecycle, aligning it with strategic corporate business objectives and the overall enterprise architecture.Works closely with program managers and other stakeholders to ensure Salesforce solutions fit into the broader organizational framework and contribute to business goals.Proactively collaborates with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure the architecture aligns with business requirements.Creates and maintains comprehensive architectural documentation and artifacts.Collaborates with SMEs, Solution Architects, sales teams, and internal clients to address constraints and design optimal solutions.Serves as a trusted technical advisor to the application development team.Conducts design reviews and maintains high standards for uniformity and quality.Identifies and resolves issues within the platform and its integrations.Enhances the platform's scalability, stability, accuracy, speed, and efficiency.Evaluates and recommends solutions for potential performance bottlenecks early in the implementation process.Implements and oversees data security and protection measures.Participates actively in Agile SDLC meetings, including standups, planning, estimation, retrospectives, and demos.Develops and articulates a strategic vision for Salesforce implementations that aligns with long-term business goals and enterprise architecture.Manages organizational change and guides teams through transitions related to Salesforce implementations.Drives innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging new Salesforce features and technologies.Communicates complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives effectively.What You Will Bring:Bachelor's degree required.A minimum of 10 years of experience as Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Integration Lead for implementations including SFDC and at least four integration endpoints.Extensive experience as a Solution Architect with Salesforce, including expertise in multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Communications Cloud) and advanced technical skills to support complex and large-scale implementations.A deep understanding of architectural patterns, multi-org strategies, and best practicesKnowledge of TOGAFProficiency in integrating Salesforce with other systems and advanced custom development skills, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Experience researching and evaluating Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), managed packages, and Salesforce clouds (e.g., Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud) incorporating additional capabilities as needed.Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and how CRM systems like Salesforce fit into the bigger picture of organizational infrastructure and strategy.Proven leadership skills, including the ability to lead through influence and collaboration, manage and mentor teams, resolve conflicts, drive cross-functional initiatives, negotiate effectively, and foster a collaborative work environment.Willingness and ability to work flexible hours as needed.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern communication tools for virtual teams (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack).Preferred:Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization, including governor limits, editions, and licensing constraints.Knowledge of compliance requirements and governance frameworks relevant to Salesforce (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).Proficiency in Salesforce Analytics Query Language (SAQL) and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL).Experience with developing stories in Einstein Discovery is desired.Salesforce Application and/or System Architect certification (and other Architect-level certifications) is preferred.Knowledge of telephony systems, VOIP, and networking is useful.Experience with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with Speech-to-Text engines and AI/ML concepts are beneficial.Work Environment:100% Remote: Work environment is at
