This is a full-time position with the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's safety and sustainability efforts. The EHS Supervisor will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of EHS regulations, and a passion for promoting a safe and healthy work environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop and implement EHS policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.\n\nConduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with EHS standards.\n\nProvide training and support to employees on EHS policies, procedures, and best practices.\n\nInvestigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near‑misses, and develop corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences.\n\nMaintain accurate records and documentation related to EHS activities.\n\nCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement safety improvements.\n\nKeep abreast of changes in EHS regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.\n\nMonitor and report on EHS performance and identify areas for improvement.\n\nLead emergency response and crisis management efforts.\n\nManage relationships with regulatory agencies and other external stakeholders.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.\n\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.\n\nStrong knowledge of local, state, and federal EHS regulations.\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.\n\nCertification in EHS management (e.g. CSP, CIH) is a plus.\n\nLocation and Schedule\nThis is a full‑time position.
