Scope of ResponsibilityJoin Cascade Engineering as a Senior Manager of Sales and Business Development, Contract Molding, where your mission is to expand our Plastic Injection Contract Molding Business into new and emerging markets. This is a high impact, high visibility growth role. You’ll chart new territory, develop winning strategies, and help define what “next” looks like for Cascade Engineering. You’ll create opportunity rather than wait for it, building pipeline where none exists and owning results end to end. In close partnership with engineering, production, and quality teams, you’ll translate technical manufacturing capabilities into customer value, taking opportunities from first conversation through launch.Target Pay: The target starting base salary for this position is $91,930.00 – $135,475.00 / year (plus quarterly performance bonus and quarterly incentive).
