This role will support the design, procurement, and fabrication of equipment for onshore and offshore oil & gas facilities, as well as emerging renewable energy projects.\n\nAs a Process Engineer, you will contribute to all phases of project execution — from conceptual design and detailed engineering to procurement support, fabrication, and field execution. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and vendors to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective designs.\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\nContribute to conceptual engineering, FEED, and detailed design for onshore and offshore facilities (Greenfield and Brownfield).\n\nPrepare process simulations and Heat & Material Balances (H&MBs).\n\nSize, specify, and prepare datasheets for mechanical/process equipment (vessels, tanks, pumps, compressors, turbines, fans, blowers, utilities, etc.).\n\nPerform engineering calculations including hydraulics, relief/vent sizing, PSV and control valve sizing, flare, vent, blowdown, and tank venting.\n\nPrepare and review P&IDs, flow diagrams, equipment layouts, and offshore modification permit packages (SFDs, SAFE charts, fire & gas layouts, permit letters).\n\nConduct engineering studies, dispersion studies, hazard/risk assessments, debottlenecking analyses, and regulatory compliance checks (BSEE, USCG, ABS).\n\nParticipate in process hazard analysis (PHA) and HAZOP.\n\nCoordinate with drafting/design teams to deliver accurate drawings and layouts.\n\nMonitor and report progress against project scope, schedule, and budget.\n\nPerform site visits (onshore and offshore) to collect data, survey existing facilities, and support upgrades or modifications.\n\nProvide assistance during construction, commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting.\n\nWork closely with other engineering disciplines to deliver integrated designs.\n\nCommunicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.\n\nParticipate in project meetings and contribute to planning and execution strategies.\n\nJob Requirements\n\nB.S. in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.\n\n3–10 years of relevant engineering experience.
