Revivall Holistic Health is hiring a Physician Assistant (PA-C) for a W2 in-office role in Celina, TX focused on hormone therapy, thyroid optimization, and medical weight loss.
This role is ideal for a PA with experience in primary care, women’s health, men’s health, endocrinology, weight loss, or wellness medicine who wants to transition into hormone and functional medicine within a structured, supportive clinic.
You do not need prior functional medicine experience. We provide full training in hormone therapy, lab interpretation, supplement protocols, and metabolic optimization. What we look for is strong clinical reasoning, reliability, and a desire to practice better medicine.
This role begins part-time during onboarding (2–3 days/week), with a clear path to full-time employment as patient volume grows. This is intended to become a long-term role.
Compensation: $62–70/hr W2 (based on experience)
No weekends. No call. In-office only.

Position Overview
You will work within clearly defined protocols and workflows, with mentorship and training in functional medicine, hormone optimization, and advanced lab interpretation.
You are not expected to know everything on day one. You are expected to be coachable, organized, and committed to high-quality care.
Responsibilities
Conduct patient visits (in-office and telehealth)
Order and interpret labs under clinic protocols
Manage hormone therapy and weight loss patients
Prescribe GLP-1 medications and other therapies per protocol
Build and maintain supplement protocols with training
Perform in-office pellet procedures (training provided)
Educate patients on lifestyle and metabolic health
Document accurately and on time in EMR
Collaborate with clinical and admin team
Required Qualifications
Active Texas PA license
NCCPA certification
2+ years experience in outpatient clinical care
Comfort following protocols and systems
Strong communication and documentation skills
Desire to learn hormone and functional medicine
Strongly Preferred
Experience in primary care, endocrinology, weight loss, or wellness
Experience with GLP-1 medications
Cash-pay or boutique clinic experience
Interest in hormones, metabolism, or longevity medicine
