With U.S.-based operational headquarters in Southfield, Michigan, Auria operates 16 manufacturing, 9 technical and 5 JV locations across 10 countries and employs approximately 4,900 people worldwide.\n\nWhat will you do\n\nTechnical Leadership\n\nPlan and execute ERP-related projects including module implementations and integrations.\n\nCoordinate with cross-functional technical resources (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, cybersecurity, and others) to ensure project milestones and goals are achieved.\n\nStay current with Plex feature releases, emerging technologies, and trends in manufacturing practices. Actively involved in the Plex Community and active in Plex Advisory Groups.\n\nERP Strategy, Business Process Optimization\n\nServe as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders to align Plex ERP capabilities with strategic goals.\n\nLead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Rockwell Plex ERP across global business units.\n\nAnalyze and document current business processes; identify gaps and opportunities for automation, efficiency, and further integration with other business systems.\n\nSpecialization\n\nProvide strong expertise within Plex plus act as the expert in one or more of the following modules:\n\nSupply Chain Management (SCM)\n\nHuman Capital Management (HCM)\n\nManufacturing Execution System (MES)\n\nQuality Management System (QMS)\n\nMaintenance Management\n\nSupport\n\nOversee ERP system performance, user support, issue resolution, and incident management.\n\nCommunication & Training\n\nServe as the primary liaison between service providers, internal stakeholders, and technical teams.\n\nDevelop and deliver training sessions during launches and implementation, ensuring all technical teams are aligned on standardized processes and new functionality.
