The ideal candidate will manage complex tax engagements, provide strategic tax planning, and contribute to the firm's growth.Key Responsibilities:Manage diverse tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, and corporationsReview tax returns and other deliverables for accuracy and completenessDevelop and implement tax planning strategies for clientsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local tax lawsSupervise and mentor junior staff membersMaintain and expand client relationshipsAssist in business development effortsRequirements:CPA license6+ years of public accounting experience, with at least 2 years at the senior levelStrong knowledge of federal and state tax lawsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsProficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office suitePreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Taxation or AccountingExperience with international tax issuesSpecialization in a particular industry or tax area (e.g., real estate, high-net-worth individuals)
