CDL-A Driver (OTR & Local Routes)About OpportunityWe are seeking experienced CDL-A Drivers to support both OTR and local delivery routes. This role is ideal for drivers who are reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable with hands-on delivery responsibilities.Drivers will operate modern automatic day cab tractors (2021+) with refrigerated trailers (36’–48’) equipped with liftgates.What You’ll DoSafely operated CDL-A operate vehicles for local and OTR routes Load and unload products at multiple delivery stops Deliver products using hand trucks, including navigating ramps and stairs Inspect vehicles and perform basic preventative maintenance checks Plan routes and meet delivery schedules Maintain accurate logs (HOS, mileage, fuel, tolls) Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies Verify delivery instructions and ensure accurate deliveries Report any vehicle issues, incidents, or delays What We’re Looking ForCDL-A License (Required) – H endorsement preferred 2+ years of driving experience (including 24–26 ft straight trucks) Ability to complete OTR routes across: VA, VT, ME, NH, MA, RI, CT 12+ months of commercial driving experience Must be 25+ years old Clean Motor Vehicle Record Valid DOT Medical Card High School Diploma or GED Additional RequirementsAbility to drive long hours and travel regularly Comfortable working in all weather conditions Ability to lift and move products during deliveries Pass drug screening, background check, and road test Strong reliability and problem-solving skills on the road MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
