This position is responsible for overall project performance, including safety, schedule, cost control, quality, and client satisfaction. The Project Manager works closely with field leadership, engineers, owners, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed in accordance with contract requirements and Crescents standards of excellence.\n\nWhat Youll Do\n\nManage all aspects of water and wastewater construction projects from preconstruction through closeout\nDevelop and maintain project budgets, schedules, cost forecasts, and cash flow projections\nCoordinate closely with superintendents, field engineers, and project staff to ensure efficient execution of work\nEnsure compliance with safety programs, environmental regulations, and company policies\nManage subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and performance\nReview and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications\nMonitor project costs, production, and progress and implement corrective actions as needed\nCommunicate effectively with owners, engineers, inspectors, and internal stakeholders\nLead project meetings, including progress, coordination, and owner meetings\nIdentify project risks and develop mitigation strategies\nSupport workforce development through mentoring and leadership of project teams\nEnsure proper documentation, recordkeeping, and successful project closeout\n\nWhat Were Looking For\n\nMinimum of 710 years of heavy civil construction experience, with significant experience on water and wastewater projects\nProven experience managing medium to large water and wastewater projects\nStrong understanding of treatment plant construction, pump stations, underground utilities, and related infrastructure\nAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts\nStrong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills\nExcellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nProficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel and Word\nExperience with project management and cost control systems preferred\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams\nMust be capable, licensed, and approved to drive a company vehicle to job sites and offices\n\nThis job summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by individuals assigned to this position.
