You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.\n14. Duties\nDesign and Analysis: Perform structural analysis and design for various types of projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.\nMaterial Selection: Recommend appropriate materials based on project specifications and environmental factors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and durability.\nStructural Calculations: Conduct calculations to determine loads, pressures, and stresses on structural components.\nCompliance: Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.\nCollaboration: Work closely with architects, civil engineers, project managers, and contractors to develop integrated design solutions.\nConstruction Support: Provide technical guidance and oversight during the construction phase to ensure structural integrity and design adherence.\nProject Management: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of engineering projects to meet deadlines and budget requirements.\nDocumentation: Prepare detailed technical reports, design drawings, and specifications using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.\nQuality Control: Conduct on-site inspections and evaluations to ensure that construction meets the design specifications and quality standards.\n15. Requirements\nValid Driver’s license\nClean Background check\nAbility to communicate clearly via phone, virtual meetings, and in person.\n16. Qualifications (required related experience)\nProficient with AutoDesk Revit modeling and Risa structural analysis programs\nStrong personal organizational, time management, and leadership skills\nProblem solving and decision-making skills\nAbility to multi-task and work with a group and on an individual basis\nSelf-motivated, positive attitude, committed to professional development & continuing education\nProficient in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Projects, etc.)\n17. Education (required minimum education level):\nBachelor’s degree in engineering\n5+ years of experience in structural engineering\n18. Certifications/Licensure:\nPE License required\n19.
