We are offering up to $38/hour for journeymen, plus benefits.\n\nResponsibilities include:\nLayout project according to plans & specifications.\nCoordinate preparation of plaster products with Labor Foremen.\nMix and prepare plastering/EIFS materials.\nCarry and transfer of material.\nCoordinate the staging of the material.\nMeasure, cut and install EIFS substrate.\nInstall mesh, leveling coats and finishes for EIFS.\nInstall multi-step plaster systems at the exterior and interior structures.\nClean up, protect, move material, tools & equipment.\nErect and dismantle scaffolds.\nCalculate unit costs based on quantity of material installed, hours worked and labor dollars.\nAttend and participate in all required company training programs.\nConform to all company policies and procedures.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nRequirements include:\n\nAbility to lift/carry up to 120 lbs.\nMust be able to climb ladder/scaffold.\nRequires climbing stairs up to 40 steps/hr in (8 hrs).\nMust be able to reach from floor to overhead.\nRequires repetitive assumption of posture to access a point (80 inches) from the floor up to (400/day).\nMust be able to stand.\nRequires tolerance of standing posture up to (4 hr) continuously, for a total of up to (8 hrs) per (8 hrs day).\nRequires (Near/Far/Depth/Color) vision.\nMust be able to walk.\nRequires walking up to (3000.0 ft.), in (1 day).\nMust be able to lift/carry 50 lb toolbag up and down 3 stairs per 5 min. period.\nMust be able to safely operate screw gun, rotozip, hammer, gyp knife and tape measure between 15x-50x per hour.\n\nE&K is proud to be an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action, E-Verify, and Drug Free Employer.
