Our work environment includes: Flexible working hours Growth opportunities Relaxed atmosphere On-the-job training **Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our mobile therapy team and serve the Washington/Smyth county Virginia area. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of licensed physical therapist to provide rehabilitative services to patients. **Duties:** - Assist in implementing individualized treatment programs as directed by the physical therapist - Aid patients in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life - Document patient progress and report observations to the physical therapist - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care - Provide support and encouragement to patients throughout their therapy sessions **Skills:** - Proficient in providing compassionate care to patients - Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology - Familiarity with occupational health principles - Experience working with diverse patient populations including geriatrics If you are a compassionate individual with a passion for helping others regain independence and improve their quality of life, we invite you to apply for this rewarding position.
