The Barista will be responsible for preparing a variety of beverages, including coffee and espresso drinks, while maintaining excellent customer service. Key tasks include taking customer orders, offering product recommendations, preparing and serving food items, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the work area. The Barista will adhere to health and safety standards and contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for guests. Qualifications Proficiency in Barista skills, including preparing coffee and espresso-based beveragesStrong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for effectively interacting with guests and teammatesDemonstrated Customer Service experience and the ability to provide positive guest experiencesBasic knowledge of Food Preparation and maintaining health and safety standardsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysPrevious hospitality experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred
