Job No: 497178Full Time/Part Time: Full-timeLocation: South OrangeCategories: StaffPerforms routine maintenance and repairs on all HVACR and heating equipment. Maintains and repairs all types of kitchen equipment.Duties And ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoots and repairs packaged a/c equipment, split a/c equipment, chillers, pumps, motors, boilers, furnaces and ancillary equipment. Monitors the University's building automation system to identify and respond to problems. Repairs and installs refrigeration piping, steam piping, condensate piping and water piping. Installs refrigeration equipment and air conditioning equipment up to 25 tons.
