Skills: Strong computer, organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage teams, vendors, and budgets effectively. Physical/Mental: Ability to travel, work on-site, and perform basic physical tasks. Strong math, reasoning, and communication abilities. Working Conditions: Office and field environment in varying conditions.4.0 REPORTING Reports to Construction Director; supervises assigned Superintendents.5.0 AUTHORITY & RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, direct, and control assigned projects. Maintain client relations and professional image. Manage schedules, staffing, subcontractors, and budgets. Approve draw requests, monitor costs, and ensure contract compliance. Manage change orders, documentation, reporting, and job records. Oversee quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Identify cost savings and profit opportunities. Implement corrective actions and maintain risk management practices.6.0 DUTIES Planning: Review contracts, develop execution plans, schedules, and procedures. Directing: Lead project teams, set goals, resolve issues, and maintain progress. Controlling: Monitor cost, schedule, quality, and compliance with contracts and policies.Additional duties include:Review contracts and scope of workDevelop and maintain construction schedulesCoordinate documentation with field teamsSecure permits as requiredProcess change orders, invoices, and draw requestsCommunicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractorsMonitor job costs, payments, and lien risksConduct site visits and implement corrective actionsTrack documentation, reporting, and daily logsEnsure proper equipment, materials, and site securityCoordinate inspections, punch lists, and retainageEvaluate superintendent performanceIdentify cost savings and change order opportunitiesMaintain accurate cost coding and expense trackingProfessional Expectations: Strong time management, problem-solving, fiscal responsibility, integrity, leadership, and professionalism.
