This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly respected organization, receive industry-leading training, and gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art equipment in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.\n\nSchedule:\nMonday-Friday | 2:00 PM- 10 PM\nPay:\n$23.50/hour\n\nTerms: Contract (6 months with possibility of extension or conversion)\n\nPosition Overview\nThe Process Technician is responsible for the aseptic processing of human tissue for transplantation within an ISO-certified cleanroom environment. This role plays a vital part in preparing life-saving tissue products while following strict quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Candidates must be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment that operates 24/7. Occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required to meet business needs.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess human tissue products using aseptic techniques in an ISO-certified cleanroom.\nFollow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMP, and quality system requirements.\nMaintain sterile conditions by cleaning and sanitizing equipment and cleanroom environments.\nComplete detailed production documentation accurately and in real time.\nInspect tissue products, supplies, and documentation to ensure quality and compliance.\nMeasure, label, package, and prepare tissue products according to established procedures.\nPrepare tissue and environmental samples for laboratory testing.\nOperate measuring devices including rulers, calipers, micrometers, graduated cylinders, and digital timers.\nPrepare and mix cleaning and processing chemicals according to established formulas.\nMaintain inventory using FIFO practices and ensure work areas remain fully stocked.\nSafely handle sharps, biological materials, and hazardous waste while following all safety protocols.\nParticipate in cleanroom shutdowns, equipment setup, and operational support activities.\nCollaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Facilities, R&D, and other cross-functional teams.\nComplete required technical and professional development training and maintain required certifications.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and assist with special projects as assigned.\n\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.\nAbility to accurately perform basic math, measurements, and calculate ratios for liquids and powders.\nComfortable working in a cleanroom environment while wearing required PPE for extended periods.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate documentation.\nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.\nManufacturing, medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory, or cleanroom experience is preferred but not required.\nWillingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in GMP, ISO, FDA-regulated, or cleanroom environments.\nKnowledge of aseptic techniques and contamination control.\nStrong documentation and organizational skills.\nMechanical aptitude and ability to use precision measuring tools.\nCommitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the medical device, biotechnology, or tissue processing industry while making a direct impact on improving and saving lives every day.\n\n**This job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
