This is a critical role in translating our customer’s business needs into a comprehensive design using detailed industry knowledge and ability to develop and implement best practices that fit into the end-to-end architecture of the customers software ecosystem.\nThis is a hybrid position, working both remotely and in the office.\nResponsibilities include:\nManaging and delivering the end-to-end solution design.\nProviding guidance and mentorship to implementation teams, ensuring best practices are followed and technical standards are upheld.\nWork closely with the project manager, and other technical resources, to provide the technical vision and direction for customer projects and act as a liaison to the customer's technical team, the Gotransverse implementation team, and other Gotransverse departments.\nCreating and maintaining detailed architecture documentation, including design specifications, system diagrams, and integration plans.\nGather and document user stories and requirements to design, develop, and implement outstanding solutions to meet customer expectations and deadlines.\nSupport the customer through the implementation lifecycle – from initial kick off through the deployment and go-live of the implementation phase.\nCollaborate on several, concurrent projects, which could include design, coordinating new releases, or documenting projects.\nBe a subject matter expert in subscription billing and revenue management.\nUtilize your excellent problem-solving skills to meet business requirements with technical solutions.\nAssist in defining, prioritizing, and advocating for product changes and managing the task through the lifecycle.\nWork with sales engineering on the viability and planning of customer engagements.\nSome travel required.\nRequirements snapshot (what you bring):\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, finance, accounting or a related major.\nExperience leading Enterprise level software implementation projects of a highly complex nature.\nExperience in Billing, Revenue Management, Accounting, or Finance Applications.\nExperience with SaaS environments.\nAbility to accurately scope, plan, and estimate level of effort for tasks, with appropriate balance of risk and effort.\nExperience in Project Management with highly complex projects and solutions.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills.\nMust be a self-starter that is highly motivated by customer success that is willing to be hands on to get the job done.\nExceptional customer relationship skills.\nGotransverse’s Hybrid Work Model\nGotransverse is excited to offer a hybrid model to their employees with the expectation of working in our Downtown Austin office 2-3 days a week depending on the role.
