This role coordinates with carriers and warehouse resources, manages orders and deliveries, and ensures customer and regulatory requirements all while maintaining/executing all associated SAP transactions and shipping documents.\nPrimary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:\nCoordinating inbound and outbound logistics for packaged and bulk materials, including shipping and receiving, verification, storage, and scheduling.\nOverseeing warehouse and yard operations, including space management, staging, trailer availability, and trailer inventory management.\nMaintaining inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, investigation of discrepancies, and implementation of corrective actions, while ensuring accurate SAP inventory transactions.\nInvestigating customer complaints and determining appropriate corrective and preventive actions.\nIdeal Background\nEducation: Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, with minimum to no experience, or hold a minimum of three years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments, with a HS diploma.\nExperience: 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments.\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nExperience supporting logistics, warehouse, or Supply Chain duties in an industrial environment\nDemonstrate a strong commitment to safety by proactively identifying and addressing unsafe conditions and adhering to established procedures.\nExhibit the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.\nHold experience with SAP systems, with additional proficiency is preferred.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to lift and carry in excess of 25 lbs.\nHargrove Culture\nWe work to create an environment founded on trust, personal integrity, and a “team mentality” so that each person understands the value of their contributions both on a project and company-wide level.
