You will own the electronics architecture while managing and developing a team of electrical engineers responsible for low-noise analog front ends, mixed-signal electronics, high-speed data conversion, communications, and custom PCB development.This is a highly hands-on management role for a technical leader who wants to remain close to the hardware. You will work alongside the Principal Electronics Engineer, guide the team through the complete hardware development lifecycle, and establish the technical and organizational foundation needed to deliver reliable reactor-control electronics.
