Here's what your time in the air will look like:Creating a genuinely warm welcome from the moment Guests step onboard—helping with seating, luggage, and any questions that come your wayStaying present and approachable, moving through the cabin regularly to check in on GuestsKeeping your cool under pressure and turning tense moments into calm, human interactionsWorking closely with your fellow crew members—communicating clearly, respecting everyone's role, and solving problems togetherStaying flexible when schedules shift due to weather, operations, or other surprises (because in aviation, they always do)Keeping up with FAA regulations, company policies, and ongoing training requirementsTaking personal responsibility for being on time, prepared, and professional in appearance and attitudeServing meals, snacks, and beverages (alcohol included) with top-tier hygiene standardsMaintaining a clean, organized cabin and galley, even in tight spacesProviding clear safety and evacuation instructions to GuestsAdministering first aid or medical care if needed, and keeping your emotions in check during high-stress momentsConducting security screenings and completing Autism Awareness TrainingOccasionally helping out in other departments when neededWhat You Bring to the Table?Minimum RequirementsAt least 21 years oldHigh school diploma or equivalentAble to reach emergency equipment in overhead bins (height minimum) and have adequate head clearance in the cabin (height maximum)Able to sit and buckle into the E190 and A220 jumpseat harness and lap beltNeat, well-groomed, and able to make a positive, professional impressionA genuine service mindsetStrong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, understanding)Ability to pass vision and hearing tests, plus security screening trainingMust pass a DOT pre-employment drug test, TSA fingerprint-based criminal history check, and Breeze background checkLegal right to work in the U.S. and travel freely to/from the countryCurrent passport with at least six months remaining at the time of applicationAbility to serve alcoholWillingness to relocate if operational needs require it (though BDL is your base)Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, extended hours, and reserve assignmentsMust live within a two-hour drive of Bradley International AirportAppearance Guidelines To NoteNose piercings allowed: single 2mm or smaller stud only (silver, gold, or gemstone). No hoops.No other facial piercings.
