as ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.\nData Governance: Define and implement processes for data stewardship, quality, and governance.\nData Management: Perform data cleansing, enrichment, and complex data transformations.\nTechnical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to solution design and architectural decisions.\nTroubleshooting & Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize the performance of the Stibo STEP platform.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\nStibo STEP: Strong, hands-on experience with the Stibo STEP MDM/PIM platform is essential.\nMDM/PIM Concepts: A solid understanding of MDM/PIM best practices, data modeling, and entity-relationship diagrams.\nData Integration: Experience with data integration techniques, including ETL, REST APIs, and web services.\nData Formats: Familiarity with various data formats like XML, XSD, JSON, and CSV.\nAnalytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis and issue resolution.\n\nDesirable Qualifications\nStibo Certification: A Stibo certification is often considered an advantage.\nClient Interaction: Experience in guiding clients on
