Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Revit/BIM and AutoCAD Specialist located in Winston-Salem, NC. The Revit/BIM and AutoCAD Specialist will be responsible for creating and updating drawings using Revit and AutoCAD software, as well as coordinating with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to produce accurate and high-quality construction documents. This individual will have a solid knowledge of building systems and construction techniques and be able to communicate effectively with project teams.QualificationsAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years experience with Revit and AutoCAD softwareExperience with 3D modeling, rendering, and animation softwareExcellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environmentKnowledge of building codes, construction standards, and MEP systemsAbility to organize and manage multiple projects and prioritiesGeneral office software experience, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlinesCertifications in Revit, AutoCAD, and/or BIM are a plusBenefitsBC/BS Medical Plan, Employer pays 100% for employee coverage(SIMPLE) Retirement Plan, 1:1 match by Employer to 3%1x salary term life policy, Employer covers costPaid week off for maternity leave 40hrs/wk.
