{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"02a293f058e1d53b8f4db737","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/02a293f058e1d53b8f4db737","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/02a293f058e1d53b8f4db737","title":"Program Manager","description":"Overseeing 2 CLA's in Manchester, CT\nMonday through Friday, 8am- 4pm\nFull-Time: 40 hours/week\nWeekend on-call rotation\nPay: Starting at $59,028.32 annually ranging to $60,799.17 annually for qualified experience\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nOversee 2 residential CLA group homes.\nDirectly supervises and evaluates the Lead and Direct Support Staff\nOversee all resident and house finances and submit records as required\nComply with all Agency and Department of Developmental Services regulations and policies\nCarryout and communicate emergency action plans\nProvide quality assurance continually throughout the licensing review period\nOversee all aspects of medical Administration in conjunction with agency nursing\nOversee staff scheduling\nProvide on-call coverage\nCoordinate, oversee and follow up on all resident medical appointments in conjunction with agency nursing\nOperate within parameters of staffing budget and household budget\nSchedule and attend all Individual Plan meetings and complete and distribute all needed reports\nOversee reporting of all maintenance and safety issues\nSchedule staff meetings on a consistent basis (Minimum quarterly or more as needed\nEnsure incident reports are documented as needed and reviewed prior to submission in a timely manner\nReviews end of the month data and submit as scheduled.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nAssociates or Bachelors Degree in related human services field preferred.
