As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you “Dare to Grow” with us?\n\nPay Range: $98,800.00 - $123,500.00\n\nYOUR ROLE\n\nSolution Design Engineers support the preparation of proposals for new business opportunities, renewals of current customer contracts, and re-engineering operations for current customers.\n\nWHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?\n\nProvide engineering support for proposals, renewals and re-engineering activities to support CEVA Business Growth and Retention objectives. Engineering support may include data analysis, concept of operations, design layouts, identifying processes, build engineering models and develop customer proposals.\n\nContinuous development of engineering skills to design distribution center operations.\n\nWork with BDs and Program Managers to schedule, prepare and submit proposals and/or renewals on a timely basis.\n\nProvide engineering support other operational improvements as requested.\n\nIncorporate green initiatives into CEVA proposals when appropriate and in conjunction with employee support of local communities.\n\nWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?\n\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or other related field of study.\n\nMinimum 2 years Logistics & Distribution experience designing, implementing, or launching new facilities and solutions.\n\n3PL or like experience preferred.\n\nE-commerce and Omni channel fulfilment experience.\n\nSix Sigma and Lean certification a plus.\n\nSkills:\nExperience in engineering Distribution Centers.\n\nProficiency in AutoCAD, data analysis, process mapping tools, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint. Knowledge of WMS functionality.\n\nExperience in warehouse automation applications a plus.\n\nCharacteristics:\nStrong interpersonal communication skills demonstrated a history of developing relationships and building trust, and an ability to work independently & in a team environment.\n\nAbility to analyze complex problems and develop appropriate solution.\n\nAbility to travel domestically 10-15% of the time.\n\nWHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?\n\nWith a genuine culture of recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey.
