In this role, you’ll help keep priorities organized, communication flowing, and day-to-day execution running smoothly.\n\nPrimary Areas of Focus\nExecutive Administrative Support\nOperational Support\nAdministration\nCore Responsibilities\nManage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics for executives.\nPrepare agendas, materials, notes, and follow-ups for meetings.\nAct as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.\nHelp prioritize requests, track action items, and keep projects moving.\nSupport executive team operations, events, and ad hoc initiatives as needed.\nHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.\nMaintain detailed calendars, coordinate schedules, prioritize meeting requests and logistics, and arrange all aspects of travel for select executive needs.\nManage expenses and administrative workflows.\nCoordinate internal and external meetings as well as executive meetings and leadership sessions.\nHelp organize materials, schedules, and follow-ups.\nAssist with recurring leadership rhythms and communication.\nSupport company events, celebrations, leadership meetings, and employee engagement activities.\nCoordinate venders, venues, catering, RSVPSs, supplies, and communications.\nPartner with People Operations / Marketing on event planning and execution.\nHelp create consistency in employee-facing experiences.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nThis position is non-billable.
