You've built and maintained CI/CD pipelines, written IaC at scale, and worked in compliance-driven environments where NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, and DISA STIGs aren't foreign concepts. They're part of your normal workflow. You operate independently, you communicate well across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and you take ownership of your work from design through deployment. Experience supporting federal customers in air-gapped environments is a meaningful differentiator for this role.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nDesign and deploy secure cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform, Ansible, and/or CloudFormation\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) that bake security in from the start\nWrite automation in Ansible coupled with Infrastructure defined by Terraform code to cut down on manual work and keep deployments consistent\nDeploy and troubleshoot cloud-native applications across EC2, VPC, EKS, S3, RDS, AWS Bedrock, and related AWS services\nImplement and maintain security controls including IAM, encryption, network security, SELinux, and kernel hardening\nApply DISA STIGs and ensure compliance with NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP requirements\nSupport containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes/EKS\nCollaborate with development and security teams to push DevSecOps practices forward\nKeep documentation current so the next person isn't starting from scratch\n\nSalary: $130,000 - $160,000\n\nGeneral Description of Benefits\n\nRequirements:\nMust have US citizenship.\nAbility to pass a Public Trust investigation.\nBachelor's degree in a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of general work experience.\nAWS certification (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer)\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field.
