This includes implementing continuous improvement processes to drive world-class operations and ensure that contractors are equipped to meet safety and performance standards.\n\nYou will collaborate with contractors, GCS engineering, and internal teams to develop and maintain compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Non-Standard Work Plans (NSWP), and other Samsung business processes, fostering a culture of excellence and operational integrity.\n\nYou'll also work to ensure that each contractor meets headcount expectations and maintains a well-trained, competent workforce capable of delivering high-quality results; and you will coordinate with project teams to develop and execute initiatives aimed at expanding capacity, enhancing safety, and improving reliability in material supply.\n\nWorking closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams, you will champion equipment performance improvements and ensure adherence to world-class safety standards.
