Payroll Manager

Well established construction company seeking a Payroll Manager to join our team! Role is hybrid/North Highlands Union and Non Union Payroll experience a plus! Must have performed high volume payroll. · Supervise the payroll team and assigned duties · Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data; Processes withholdings, deductions, wage garnishments, or other special payroll actions and changes affecting net wages such as exemptions, and insurance coverages · Oversees the administration of the electronic timekeeping system. Setup each employee, and adherence to FLSA; monitor submissions of approved timesheets, ensure valid data transfers to/from payroll service · Demonstrates a full understanding of applicable wage policies, procedures and work methods associated with assigned duties; maintains current knowledge of City, state, and federal legislation affecting payroll · Help to maintain employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis; review changes for proper authorization and adherence to compliance with federal/state/local regulations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Application Question(s): Do you have experience working within large organizations $250mln+?
