Daily responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing subcontractors and vendors, and aligning project activities with client requirements and technical specifications. The Senior Project Manager monitors project progress, conducts site walk-throughs, supports inspections, and resolves issues related to logistics, materials, and construction sequencing.
