Exercise support includes, but is not limited to, the planning and conduct of all major planning meetings, exercise scenario development, creation of facilitator and participant materials, and after-action reports (AARs).\r\nThe Sr. PM will be responsible for the following activities:\r\nPlanning and conduct of all major planning meetings\r\nExercise scenario development, creation of facilitator and participant materials, and after action reports (AARs)\r\nProvide HSEEP and cybersecurity Subject Matter Expertise (SME) at all directed meetings\r\nExercise Management and Facilitation, including:\r\nStaffing of primary exercise positions\r\nStaffing of player/controller positions\r\nExercise facilitation\r\nFacilitator training (as required)\r\nLeasing of any required exercise support equipment\r\nLeasing of any required exercise support facilities\r\nTools used for game play\r\nManage the development and coordination of all relevant exercise documentation\r\nQualificationsAt least ten (10) years of demonstrated experience acting as a senior program manager on a diverse cybersecurity program.
