This role combines hands-on maintenance expertise with leadership responsibilities to ensure resident satisfaction and property preservation.\n\nThe Maintenance Supervisor at The Resort at Encinitas is eligible for a 100% apartment allowance if living on-site.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nBelow is a snapshot of what this role is all about. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:\n\nPaid time off, paid holidays and sick days, paid time off for volunteering activities (optional)\nMatched 401(k)\nMedical, dental & vision insurance\nFlexible spending account\nLife insurance\n\n* Pay range is a calculation based on a midpoint price.
