Retail Pharmacy Manager

WORK LIFE BALANCE:Monday thru Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), some exceptions per clinic.No nights, weekends, and closed most federal holidays. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Provide support and education to patients on their medications.Management of staff pharmacist and technicians, if applicable. Motivate, inspire, and develop the pharmacy staff by maximizing colleagues' strengths and weaknesses. Address knowledge gaps by increasing knowledge through education and training.Pharmacy operational management and oversight. REQUIREMENTS:Required Education & Licenses:Bachelor of Science or PharmD in Pharmacy degree from an accredited university is required.Required licensing/credentialing/certification as established by federal and state regulations in the state in which you are practicing. Preferred Experience and Skills: Previous management experience in a retail pharmacy setting, 340b knowledge is a bonus but not required.3 years related pharmacy experience.Immunization certification is preferred.Vaccination Administration.Planning and implementation of growth strategies for your pharmacy.Excellent oral and written communication skillsExceptional patient service skills.
