We're looking for a Field Training Specialist to bring our training programs to life across 50-100 store locations.This is a high-impact role where you'll partner closely with Operations and Learning & Development to drive results, support future leaders, and strengthen our culture.What You'll DoDeliver engaging training using hands-on, in-person, team meetings, and virtual formatsTrain teams on systems, tools, and job skills that improve store performanceSupport stores before, during, and after training implementationsDevelop and update training materials like guides, SOPs, and handbooksTrack training effectiveness, attendance, and learner progressSupport Management-in-Training (MIT) programs and leadership developmentCoach and provide feedback to learners and their managersPartner with HR, L&D, Operations, and senior leaders on workforce initiativesTravel frequently (50-75%) to support regional training needsPivot quickly as priorities evolve - no two weeks look the same!What We're Looking For1-3 years of experience in Learning & Development or employee trainingStrong facilitation skills with the ability to engage all levels of the organizationExperience training in a retail or multi-site environment (preferred)Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skillsComfortable working independently while managing multiple prioritiesTech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quicklyBachelor's degree in HR, Education, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)Why You'll Love This RoleMake a visible impact across multiple locationsHelp develop the next generation of leadersWork cross-functionally with HR, Operations, and senior leadershipDynamic role with variety, autonomy, and growth opportunitiesBe part of a team that values learning, innovation, and engagementPay for this position is targeted at $55,000 per year
