Job Full DescriptionHours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm*Will stay until 6pm 2 days a week during busy season*Pay: $19.00/HR (+$1 if bilingual)Duties:Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.Assist customers with questions, concerns, and requests for assistance.Conduct research to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude in all customer interactions.Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction. Qualifications: Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and empathy.Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications.Previous office experience in a customer support role, such as a call center.Demonstrated reliability with a strong attendance record.Longevity in previous roles (2-3+ years with one employer is a plus).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
