Your accuracy, urgency, and organization ensure that production teams receive the right materials at the right time—without disruption.\nReporting to the Logistics Supervisor, you will manage inventory transactions, support manufacturing schedules, and help maintain compliance with industry certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, Nadcap accreditation, and NASA standards.\nYour work directly supports quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nInventory Control & Stockroom Operations\nControl physical and electronic inventory transactions within the stockroom.\nElectronically receive and physically stock incoming materials, including purchased components and production subassemblies.\nEnsure part count accuracy at all times.\nPerform regular cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory.\nMaintain accurate stockroom inventory records and transactional history.\nProduction Support\nCreate work order kits by pulling designated components in correct quantities to support the weekly production schedule.\nIssue materials to manufacturing areas quickly and accurately.\nPerform scrap transactions and reissue replacement components as needed.\nComplete accurate production reporting on all work orders.\nService manufacturing teams to meet operational demands.\nSystems & Documentation\nInput all material movement transactions using the appropriate ERP software module.\nNotify Planner, Supervisor, or Buyer immediately of discrepancies, shortages, or material concerns.\nFollow all work instructions and documented processes to ensure compliance.\nSupport analytical reviews to determine root causes and corrective actions for inventory errors.\nCross-Functional Support\nCross-train and assist in shipping and receiving functions as workload demands.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nFollow all safety practices and promptly address potential hazards.\nAssist in training and onboarding new employees as needed.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing environment\nExperience in inventory control and stockroom procedures\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\nAbility to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks including standing, reaching, and climbing ladders\nAbility to work with export-controlled materials in compliance with regulations\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with ERP systems and electronic inventory transactions\nWorking knowledge of electronic scales\nFamiliarity with ISO or regulated manufacturing environments\nStrong analytical skills to help identify and correct inventory discrepancies\nContinuous improvement mindset\n\nReady to Make an Impact?\nIf you are organized, dependable, and ready to play a key role in a high-performance manufacturing operation, we want to hear from you.\nApply today and help keep manufacturing moving forward.\nThis position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
