We are Boden.Boden Warehouse Associates work in an upbeat, fast-paced team environment while striving to deliver an amazing experience to shoppers by carrying out the following responsibilities:OverviewCarry out various warehouse tasks to support the goal of fulfilling and processing customer orders in a timely and efficient manner while reflecting the Boden brand expectations.What You Will DoPerform a variety of warehouse tasks that support meeting Boden customer needsPick customer/wholesale ordersPack and ship customer/wholesale ordersProcess and refurbish returned merchandiseStock, audit, replenish, relocate and ticket merchandiseReceive deliveries, unload and unpack merchandisePerform quality checks on garmentsFollow departmental processes as applicable to each areaMeet and maintain set productivity goalsPerform tasks accurately and timely, keeping error rates to a minimumDemonstrate acceptable workplace behaviorsMaintain acceptable attendance standardsClean up and organize work areas to ensure a safe working environmentWork collaboratively within a team environmentParticipate as an active and positive team member in all areas, improving efficienciesHave flexibility and willingness to perform a variety of tasks throughout the WarehouseRequirementsMust be 18 years of age or olderPrevious work experience in a warehouse environment, preferredBasic computer skillsFamiliarity with wireless handheld devicesAbility to understand and adhere to all safety guidelines and proceduresPhysical RequirementsWalking throughout the warehouseStanding in one locationLift/carry, push/pull up to 40 poundsBending/squatting/twistingReaching near floor level and at/above shoulder levelFine hand/finger manipulation with wrist/arm rotationVisual ability to read text on labels, pick sheets, computer screens, etc.Able to withstand temperatures in a typical warehouse environmentAdditional duties as needed and/or assignedOur BehaviorsAt Boden, how we work matters just as much as what we deliver.We keep things simple.
