Washington St.West Bend, WI 53095Customer Service / Production AssistantStatus: Part-time or Full-timePay: Pay $17.00 - $17.50 per hour based on experienceSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pmMay also negotiate variable work schedule if neededJob Responsibilities· Greet and provide customer service to walk-in customers and answer phone calls· Work closely with the designer to complete different types of printed orders· Operate digital presses (3 total)· Enter orders and bill completed orders· Package orders· Complete various bindery operations· File work ordersEducation and ExperiencePrint Shop: 1 year (Preferred)Printers & Bindery equipment: 1 year (Preferred)Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)High school or equivalent (Preferred)Skills and Abilities· High attention to detail· Ability to manage time and workload independently to meet deadlines· Ability to present company in a positive, professional, and supportive manner· Flexible and able to adapt to a fluctuating workflow· Excellent customer service skills
