This role is responsible for managing large-scale programs consisting of multiple concurrent projects, driving Agile best practices, and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions that align with business objectives.\nThe ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Agile project management, Scrum leadership, stakeholder communication, and enterprise program delivery , along with a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver results on time and within budget.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage complex, enterprise-scale IT programs and projects from initiation through delivery.\nLead Agile teams and promote Scrum principles, values, and best practices.\nServe as a Scrum Master and Agile leader, coaching teams on Agile methodologies and tools.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource allocations.\nTrack and report project KPIs, risks, dependencies, and overall program health.\nEnsure projects remain aligned with business goals, priorities, and strategic objectives.\nCoordinate activities across multiple engineering, development, and business teams.\nCommunicate project strategy, status updates, risks, and changes to technical and business stakeholders.\nIdentify delivery risks and drive mitigation strategies to support successful outcomes.\nPartner with leadership teams to prioritize technology initiatives and maximize business value.\nFacilitate collaboration between engineering, deployment, and operational teams to improve solution delivery and sustainability.\nMonitor project portfolios and recommend adjustments to scope, timing, resources, or budgets as needed.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.\n5+ years of project management experience in an Agile environment.\nCurrent Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent).\nHands-on experience serving as a Scrum Master and leading Agile teams.\nStrong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.\nExperience managing large, cross-functional technology initiatives.\nDemonstrated ability to manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and delivery milestones.\nExperience coordinating and driving rapid application and code upgrade initiatives across multiple teams.\nExperience managing security vulnerability remediation efforts and accelerated software release schedules.\nKnowledge of software compliance requirements and experience ensuring code revisions align with vendor specifications, standards, and technical requirements.\nExperience leading or supporting formal Change Management processes, including planning, approvals, communications, and implementation activities.\nStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nProven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in a related field.\nExperience managing enterprise-wide programs involving code modernization, platform upgrades, or software lifecycle initiatives.\nExperience overseeing security-focused technology projects, patch management programs, or vulnerability remediation efforts.\nBackground working with software engineering, infrastructure, or technical service delivery teams.\nExperience supporting large-scale organizational or digital transformation initiatives.\n\nTechnology Doesn't Change the World, People Do. ®\n\nRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
